this time i like to share something about some IPC sections in Marriage and Divorce Law.
THE SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT 1954
In the year 1872 the British govt. in india enacted the special Marriage act, 1872 for special form of marriages. After attaining independence the govt of india realised that the provisions of the 1872 act were inadequate and certain reforms are necessary. Accordingly the special marriage bill was introduced in the parliament.
